With heartfelt sorrow the Concern Family mourns the passing of Larry Powell

August 20, 2018 - Larry was not only a founder and a leader of Concern Foundation and so many other organizations throughout our community, he was also a friend that went out of his way and say hello to everyone with a huge smile on his face. He was a wise and gentle giant who led by example and enriched our lives by making this world a better place. His indelible impact will remain in our hearts forever.
